Returns Policy for Just Deenie

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We carefully inspect all items before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that in these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Please email us at nadinepinnock@hotmail.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, indicating the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include your order number and contact information inside the package.
Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address specified in your correspondence with the store.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized artworks, are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
