Christmas Eve Smells Like Cinnamon and Bleach

Merry Christmas Eve to you all! I've been a little quiet lately, I know, but I've adored reading all the Christmassy posts of late and I thought I'd contribute on the day of the year most full of anticipation!

Today, the theme is less 'mistletoe and wine' but more 'cleaning products and hoovers'. We're awaiting a visit from the gran and our lovely cousins and therefore have to scrub every surface in order to impress (well, my mum and sister have to scrub while I totter about the house with my camera)! If it weren't for the burning candles and cinnamon-y stuff mum's cooking, the house would reek of chemicals.

I've also decided- for the first time ever- to plan in advance tomorrow's outfit. This old Primark jumper paired with my adorable, bargainous New Look pinnie looks lovely to me, and along with my trusty fleece lined tights I think I'll be super festive and cosy!
As organised as I have been up until this point, I only have 95% of my pressies wrapped and I still have to pop out to the supermarket to get a card and some extra little bits and pieces. Wish me luck getting through the crazy last minute shoppers!

Later on we're over to my dad's house to spend the night and wake up to pressies and all the fun tomorrow!

What does your Christmas Eve look like?

Hope you all have the best day ever tomorrow!
